Description

Liverpool challenged us to reimagine how customers discover and connect with furniture. The brief went far beyond a website refresh: it required a coherent experience across three radically different contexts — a monumental physical display in-store, a 3D web platform accessible from anywhere, and a mobile AR layer that brings products into the customer's own home. Designing for all three simultaneously, while keeping the journey feel seamless, was the central design challenge.

The result is a unified ecosystem built around spatial storytelling. In-store, an interactive large-format 3D showroom invites customers to explore rooms through moving cubes and hotspots. That same exploration continues online through a web application with a full 3D catalog. At home, a mobile AR feature lets customers place real Haus pieces in their space before purchasing. Every transition between channels is intentional — a continuous story, not three separate products.

Highlights

  • Large-format in-store 3D showroom with interactive navigation and spatial hotspots
  • Web application extending the in-store experience with a full 3D product catalog
  • Mobile AR feature allowing customers to place furniture in their own space
  • Omnichannel UX flows designed for seamless continuity: store → web → home
  • Consistent visual language and interaction model across all three surfaces
